Our programs are open to school-age youth in the communities we serve, with a few programs extending to young adults. Specific age ranges and enrollment windows vary by program — contact us to check what's currently open.

No. All our programs are free for participants, funded through donations, grants and partnerships — which is exactly why donor and volunteer support matters so much.

Not for most roles. What matters most is reliability and enthusiasm for working with young people. Some specialized roles (like STEM mentoring) benefit from relevant background, but we'll always match you to something you're a good fit for.

Some roles — like mentoring, content support, or grant writing — can be done remotely. Mention this in the "Tell us about yourself" field on the application form and we'll let you know what's available.

Yes. Donations are processed directly through M-Pesa/Paybill, so we never see or store your payment details on our website.
